We assume no liability for delays or failures in removing such content. By submitting content subject to removal, you hereby consent to its removal and waive any claims against us arising therefrom.

h. We disclaim all liability for content posted by you or any other third-party users of our website. However, any content you submit via the open communication tools described above—and that does not violate or infringe any third-party copyright or trademark—becomes our property upon submission. Such content grants us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly display, and distribute it in any manner we deem appropriate. This provision applies exclusively to content submitted via open communication tools and does not extend to information provided during registration or otherwise necessary to access our Resources. i. TAXES

All prices displayed on the website exclude applicable taxes. Upon order submission, taxes may be applied at rates ranging from 0% to 30%, depending on your country and region of delivery. Tax applicability and rate are determined solely by local tax authorities and statutory requirements.

LIMITATION OF WARRANTIES

By using our website, you acknowledge and agree that all Resources we provide are made available “as is” and “as available.” Accordingly, we expressly disclaim all representations and warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

  2. the use of our Resources will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from errors or defects;
